Fees

Novius aims to achieve an optimal price-quality ratio and is very transparent with regard to the fees and costs charged. The fee is calculated on the basis of the useful time worked, based on an hourly rate that is discussed transparently with the client. The hourly rate is determined based on the nature and confidentiality of the case and the experience and specialisation of the lawyer handling the case. The urgent nature of the assistance provided and the result achieved can be taken into account.
